Trouble with United Airlines login

I'm having trouble getting 1P to auto log in to my United Airlines account. I am able to log in on a browser, so I know my credentials are accurate. But when I attempt to log in using 1P on my iPad or iPhone, it fails. I even reset my password via my browser, updated 1P, but it still does not auto log in. Here is the login site:
