Synching via iTunes on Macbook made 1password inoperable on my iPhone
Synced my iPhone with my macbook and now 1password won't load on iPhone. The grayed-out icon sits there with the word "waiting" under it. Still works fine on all my other apple devices. If I synched it again via iTunes, removed it from the iPhone, and then synched again and reinstalled it, would that help, or would I lose 1password completely? 1password version is 3.8.22 (build 32010). Phone OS is ver. 9.01 and Macbook is OS X 10.10.5. I synch via dropbox, and my extensions are 1password 3.9.2

Hi @seasdean,
If you remove 1Password from your device, without having backed it up or synced it you'll erase all of your 1Password data.
If the app still has not installed properly I'd recommend restarting your device.
Then I'd recommend backing 1Password up. ;)
Thanks!

I always back it up before I sync. I did restart the phone and it didn't help. So i synced it again, after backing it up again. so now I guess my back-up has the misbehaving 1Password on it. What should be my next step?? As i said, it is still working fine on the iMac, the laptop, and the iPad.

Does a data loss then occur on all my other devices, or just on the one on my iPhone? If only that one, should't it re-synch and re-populate through dropbox?

Just that device.

Yep! That should work fine. :)

@seasdean: Indeed, and so long as you have your 1Password data backed up and sync'd elsewhere, you can always restore it if needed. Cheers! :)
