I have 1Password on my mac, on two iPhones, and today copied it to my iPad.
It synced on the iPad, but when I clicked on the pro features, it said that the pro features could be added for $9.95. I paid that amount, but it still shows that I have to pay that amount for the pro features. When I attempt to back up my iPad to my mac with iTunes, I am informed that this version is not accessible on my Mac. Any suggestions? Thanks
1Password Version: Version 5.3 (530029)
Extension Version: 4.4.2
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5

Hi @RogerN,
Thanks for taking the time to ask your question!
The first thing to do is to double-check to make sure you're using the same Apple ID you used when you bought Pro Features.
As I've been setting up my new phone today, I've noticed that already bought in-app purchases tend to look like I'll need to pay again until after I enter my password; then I'm told that I've already made the purchase. Developers don't have any control over how this is implemented, and I've been feeling a teeny bit of anxiety every time I enter my password. So far, however, I haven't been charged for in-app purchases I already own.
I hope this helps!

Hi Aleen, Haven't solved the issue just yet, but seem to be getting closer. I appreciate your suggestions.

Hi Mike, The issue was resolved with the help of your wonderful 1Password guru's. As it turns out, all I had to do was delete the app from my wife's iPad and reinstall it from the App Store. Much simpler than I had expected it to be. I can truthfully say that 1Password is at the very top of my list of favorite, and essential apps. Thanks to the entire team! 8-)
