dropbox sync issue

I set up sync-ing today, and I get the error message "problem loading..." etc. The instructions say that I should click on the "key data file" link but the link doesn't function.

    @davidw54: It sounds like you're trying to open 1Password.html in a web browser or the Dropbox app. Is that the case? If so, this simply doesn't work due to security restrictions. A better solution is to use the actual 1Password app to open your vault in Dropbox once you've sync'd it.

    If you're still having trouble, without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me all OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action. Thanks in advance! :)
