I have 2 copies of 1Password in my iCloud storage with different data counts.
When I go to manage my iCloud storage on either my iPhone or iPad under settings, it shows 2 copies of 1Password. One shows 324.6 MB of data and the other 304 MB. Should I delete one to save iCloud storage space? I only have one primary vault. I use Dropbox with iCloud sync. If I can delete one, how do I know which one to delete? It says "if you delete this, all data will be deleted from all my devices". Pretty scary stuff. I need to free up space on iCloud and thought this would be a good place to start. I was going to delete both then do a new backup to the cloud, but it says it will be deleted from my devices and I don't want to do that. Pretty confusing.

@joconnor39: Whatever you do, don't delete 1Password's data from iCloud settings. This can prevent you from being able to sync with iCloud unless additional (rather tedious) steps are taken. A few questions:
- Do you have a backup of your 1Password data? If not, that's the first thing you need to do.
- Do you have your 1Password data stored on other devices that are using iCloud? If you make changes to the data in iCloud, it will affect those as well.
- "Are you frightened?" asks Aragorn, "Not nearly frightened enough!" upon haring that you are thinking about deleting important data to save space. :scream:
But in all seriousness, once I have a better sense of your situation (all OS, 1Password, and device versions), I (along with Aragorn) will be better equipped to guide you through this. Thanks in advance! :pirate:

I have the same issue as joconnor39. I have attached an image file to show the two 1Password files in iCloud. Yes, I have multiple backups. I have 1Password installed on my two iMacs (V5.4 (540046)), iPhone 6 (Ver 6.0.2) and iPad Mini 2 (Ver 6.0.2).

@PghArtist: Excellent! Since you've got a backup, you're good to go. It's important not to delete the current version's data from iCloud Preferences, as it will result in errors when you try to sync again. Do this instead:
- Disable Sync
- Help > Troubleshooting > Reset iCloud Data
- manually delete any remaining 1Password data from iCloud preferences
- Setup iCloud Sync
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions! :)

Good deal. Your procedure worked perfectly. I have confirmed that all of my Apple products only see the 1 iCloud file I just created.
Thanks much. Issue resolved.
