TouchID stopped working

Hi D2alias,
Thanks for taking the time to write in :+1:
This can caused when you reboot your device. The Master Password is removed from the iOS Keychain after a device reboot. For more information, you can consult our Improved locking in 1Password 5.5 for iOS blogpost.
So here's how to go back to Touch ID:
- Enter you Master Password to unlock 1Password
- Go to Settings > Security and make sure that Touch ID is enabled.
To test it, you can enable "Lock On Exit", leave 1Password by passing on the Home Button, then come back to 1Password. 1Password should be locked and you should see the Touch ID prompt.
Hope that this helps.

I am having the same problem. Running iOS 9.01 and 1Password 6.01
Touch ID has suddenly stopped working. Even if I leave the app for a second it is asking me for my master password again. Touch ID is working to unlock the phone generally and is working in other apps. Turning off Touch ID in the app and turning it on again makes no difference.
Any ideas. I think it was working in 6.01 when I updated first. Not entirely sure. The app works so well normally I don't have to think about it!

Ok. I turned the iPhone on and off and miraculously that has solved it now!

Ah sounds like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nn2FB1P_Mn8&noredirect=1
I hope you'll find it as humorous as I have, all these years.
Years ago, I worked as an alarm service technician. My first comment to incoming calls from other techs was, "Have you turned it off and on Again" Ah fond memories of days past. Fond memories indeed.
Please do let us know if you have any further issues.

@thightower Classic video, and solution. :) iOS isn't perfect, as we all know.
