Got this Bug last night
On my iPad Mini Retina - OS9. Was reading an article in Safari that I wanted to save to my Reading List. When I tapped the Share icon (up arrow) I tapped 1PW by mistake. 1PW launched. Instead of Cancel I click Done (upper right of 1PW) and this occurred. It went from the enter PIN keyboard to this White image of the 1PW app. The only way out was to Quit Safari, take it out of the multi-task menu and relaunch Safari.
No big deal, but thought you should know.

I was wondering, can you reproduce this at all? I tried but it decided to behave with me on my iPad mini 2. Now I've personally observed performance issues and quirky behaviour with iOS 9 meaning I've rebooted my iPad mini a lot more recently than I normally do so I'm wondering if it could be something related. If we can reproduce though it's certainly the sort of behaviour we'd want to eliminate.
