Unable to reset password on new iPhone 6s.

I have a dropbox account I used on my iPhone five. I tried to reset my password and it does not send me an email. Have tried this several times including restarting my phone I am using the free version of dropbox from a couple of years ago.

    Can I just ask, are you trying to reset your Dropbox password or are you trying to change the password on a vault that you store on Dropbox?
