how to access setting tab

in iOS

the first time I want to sync an existing vault the app doesn't allow me any options or cannot find settings tab!
How can I get to settings tab, when I cannot go further the "refresh list" screen?
Everything is set on my iMac to sync so its the app that doesn't allow me to access the settings tab. WHERE IS IT:))?

    I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble getting sync setup. I'm not entirely sure I follow. Could you please walk me through the steps you are taking, what you expect to see, and what you see instead?

    You should be able to add image attachments to the forums here, but if you're having difficulty and would find it easier you can email us the screenshot to support+forum@agilebits.com with a link to this thread.
