I need to talk to someone on a telephone. Can I book a time to have a support call PLEASE?
I have used 1Password for many years. My syncing between mac and iphone isn't working and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it.
Can we please arrange a call?

- A list of the devices & models you are trying to sync
- The OS version on each device
- The 1Password version on each device
- What sync method you are trying to use (WiFi, iCloud, Dropbox)
- What error message you are getting when you attempt to sync
- And last but not least: the steps you are taking, what you expect to happen, and what happens instead
The more information you can provide the quicker and easier the troubleshooting process will be.
