restore on new phone loses some password

in iOS

i restored 1password from an icloud backup. when i run 1password it says some items could not be restored. i had roughly 125 logins/notes etc.. i now have around 30.

old phone was iphone 5s with ios v9.0 new phone is iphone6s with iOS v9.0.

any thoughts here?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble restoring from a backup.

    Unfortunately we've had many other customers report difficulties when using 3rd party backups, which is part of the reason we include a backup utility directly within 1Password. You can read more about that here:

    This would be the method I'd highly recommend for backing up and restoring your 1Password data.
