I restored my iphone backup and 1Password is acting like it's a brand new app. Help!

i backed up my iphone (on iOS 9.0.1). restored to new iphone, but 1Password is acting like it's a brand new app and asking to create new vault or sync with existing vault. i already erased my old phone, but i do have the backup on my Mac at home. (I'm at work now, freaking out.) I don't recall manually requesting to backup the vault anytime as of late. Help!

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble restoring from a backup.

    Unfortunately we've had many other customers report difficulties when using 3rd party backups, which is part of the reason we include a backup utility directly within 1Password. You can read more about that here:

    This would be the method I'd highly recommend for backing up and restoring your 1Password data.
