I can sign into 1Password using on iPad and MacBook, but not on my iPhone 6 with iOS9.0.1.
I have deleted and downloaded 1Password and it still doesn't recognize my password.

@PAR: (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:
https://support.1password.com/master-password-not-accepted/
If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. But one thing that might help is the information you omitted from your post: the sync method you're using. It may be that you have sync'd the wrong vault, and that's why you can't unlock it with the same Master Password. Please let me know what you find!

Thanks, Brenty! I realize I didn't supply enough info in my post. Thanks for your help. I did find the solution to my problem signing in on my iPhone 6 after installing iOS 9 after accessing the AgileBits troubleshooting website. Below is what was suggested and it worked!
We're seeing some reports of this, it doesn't affect everyone at once. We're still trying to figure this out, we think there's a specific combination of iOS and 1Password settings that is triggering this.
For one, we've heard that disabling and re-enabling iCloud Drive fixed the problem. Please try this:
1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device, go to iCloud > iCloud Drive > 1Password and switch it to the "off" position
2. Open 1Password and enter the Master Password
3. After it unlocks, go back to the iCloud Drive settings from step 1 and switch 1Password back to "on"0
