@Hartmut: I had that problem with every app after updating to 9.0 for about a day. If you're quick, you might be able to hit 'update' as the App Store loads initially. I was in a few cases. Otherwise, restarting may help; or you may simply need to wait for Apple to issue a fix. On the other hand, you may simply already have the latest version of 1Password on your iPad, which of course would mean you can't update it further. Just do a search and see if it comes up. Let me know what you find! :)
