My TouchID is does not open iPassword

I have an iPhone 6 running iOS 9.0.1 and TouchID opens other apps. However, TouchID does not open 1Password (6.0.1). I have looked at your web info and the screenshots do not correspond to the Setting windows on my iPhone.

Hi @donoshea,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. In order to use Touch ID with 1Password you must enable the 1Password > Settings > Security > Touch ID setting. Do you currently have that enabled? If so, could you please describe for me what happens when you launch 1Password?

On my iphone6 when I try unlock 1password with touchID the app just quits. My settings seem correct. I must be missing something.

I'm sorry to hear that. If you hit cancel on the Touch ID prompt are you able to login using your Master Password?
