1password app info did not carry over to new phone
I upgraded to the iPhone 6s plus & restored the settings from my previous phone which was an iPhone 6 plus. I use my Mac to back-up everything instead of the cloud so the new phone was restored with the back-up from my Mac. When I tried to open the 1password app I got the screen asking if I want to create a new vault or sync existing vault. I selected to sync my existing vault. However, when I tried to sync via wi-fi, my Mac doesn't show up as an option. I read the instructions on how to set-up the wi-fi sync but I don't have the app on my Mac. How can I get my passwords restored to the new phone?

@arausch: I'm sorry to hear that. My wife had a similar issue with apps not properly installing when she restored from an iCloud backup. This is, unfortunately, not uncommon, and it isn't something apps themselves have control over. :(
But I'm ecstatic to hear that you have a backup of your 1Password data! You should be able to use the trial version of 1Password for Mac to sync your data back over to the iPhone. Just download it from our site:
https://agilebits.com/downloads
And then follow the Wi-Fi Sync guide to get it setup:
https://support.1password.com/guides/mac/sync-wi-fi.html
I hope this helps. Please let me know how it turns out! :)
