touble with syncing data
old iphone 4s fried, got new iphone 4s and signed in with same icloud email. after downloading 1password on the new phone i tried to sync the data but the app says existing data not found. Not sure if i had the data backed up on my older phone.. still remember my 1password master password and the icloud email it was downloaded with. Is there a way to recover all the data that was on my older phone in the app..not sure which version of the app i had at the moment my phone fried but i did happen on sept 30 although i didnt have auto update on so im not sure if i had the most recent update on that date

@tatertoots: To be clear, AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'recover' for you to help directly. You may need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over.
Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions of both the old phone and the new one so we can figure out the best plan of action.
The more information you can give, the better. For instance, if you were using 1Password 4 or earlier, or iOS 7 or earlier, that version of iCloud is simply incompatible with CloudKit and iCloud Drive, which are used by 1Password 5 and newer, and iOS 8 and newer. Please let me know what you find!

On the new phone the current iOS version is 9.0.2 and 1password is 6.0.1 also positive that my old phone's iOS version was 9.0.1 the only problem im having is remembering if i had either 6.0 or 6.0.1 version of 1password. Both phones are iphones 4S
Thank you..

Thanks, @tatertoots. So, just to be clear:
The old phone is no longer accessible?
You're uncertain if you ever synced your data with Dropbox or iCloud?By default 1Password only stores your data on the device it is created on. Unless you had setup syncing or otherwise backed up your data (e.x. an iTunes backup: https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/ ) unfortunately it is likely that the only place that data existed was on the old phone.

I'm sorry that we don't have better news for you, but 1Password's security depends on only you having your data and password. If you do find that you have a backup or copy of the vault though, be sure to let us know and we'll be happy to help you get things set up!
