Can't sync

I have tried everything but cannot sync to another iOS device either by iCloud or Dropbox. No information transfers. Either your service doesn't work or instructions are woefully inadequate. I signed into iCloud on both devices. How do I get it to work?

    Just to avoid any misunderstanding all your 1P data is held locally by you, save to the extent you sync using the Cloud. AgileBits doesn't provide a sync service except so far as your copy of 1P runs one. (I'm sure you understand that but wanted to make it perfectly clear. :) )

    @Reallyinappropriate: Indeed, earlier there was a case where iCloud Drive was simply not enabled. This is covered in the troubleshooting guide Stephen_C linked, but if that's the only thing that's off (literally) in your case, that may save you a few steps. Please let me know what you find. We'll get this working for you! :)
