how to upgrade to 1Password6 from 3.6.5 on iPhone

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Yes, unfortunately 1Password 3 for iOS was retired nearly 3 years ago and as such cannot be updated for iOS 9 compatibility.

https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/#1password-3-7-1-or-earlierPlease do not remove 1Password 3 for iOS from your device until you are certain you've got all of your data within 1Password 6 for iOS. Once you remove the v3 app the data contained within is also removed and becomes unrecoverable.
