Hi. Suddenly my 1password app disappeared from my iPhone!!!

Hi. I've purchased 1Password pro and been using for long time and suddenly today it disappeared from my iPhone 5s!!!! I downloaded the App again from the Apple App Store but when I tried to use sync vault with Dropbox or ICloud it didn't work since I don't remember doing this service.

Can u help me to retrieve my data pls!!!

    So this may be a tough one. One of the aspects that brings many to our door is that 1Password will only store your data where you instruct it to. On an iOS device this is in it's own sandboxed space on your phone. When an iOS app is deleted iOS completely purges this area as part of the process - it's part of what keeps each iOS app self-contained. If you never set up synchronisation to either Dropbox or iCloud then it means the only place your vault was stored would have been your iOS device.

    Do you create backups of your iOS device to either iTunes or iCloud? If you do and have access to a backup that was created prior to this event then maybe you can recover the vault. Is this a possibility at all?
