Yes—and it will do so automatically if those other apps incorporate the 1Password extension (something which AgileBits makes freely available but which it's up to the app developer to incorporate). Otherwise, for apps which don't incorporate the extension, you can copy and paste manually.

Edit: you've not told us what version of 1P for iOS you're using. For the purpose of this answer I've assumed it's either 1P5 or 1P6.
