    Yes. 1PW is sold per platform.

    But the iOS version is free in its basic form, with an in-app purchase for extra features.

    @rjan22: danco is correct. We license our software on a per-platform basis, so 1Password for Windows is a separate purchase from the iOS version. In fact, Windows apps cannot be sold in the App Store, and won't run on a PC anyway. Also, this allows people to purchase only the versions they'll actually use (for instance, if you don't have a Mac you'll have no use for that version).

    But you can use the free trial of 1Password for Windows first to decide if you want to buy it...and of course 1Password for iOS is free, with an in-app purchase only if you want the Pro Features. I hope this helps! :)
