Vault opened to "settings" can't get back to input CC info

Cannot get out of the "settings" page to access my credit card information.

    Am new to this iPad and cannot provide further informatin. It has been upgraded to iOS 9. Please help!

    If you are using an iPhone, along the bottom is a row of icons. Tap on the file drawer icon to return to Categories. On an iPad those icons are the same, but they live along the side of the display, not the bottom.

    The contrast for those icons is low, so it may be easy to miss seeing them.
