  • Hey @bpkeele! Sorry to hear the 1Password app was lost in your upgrade to iOS 9.0.2. These steps should get it back:

    1. Open the App Store
    2. Tap the Updates tab and tap Purchases
    3. Tap the Not on This iPhone tab
    4. Swipe down so you can see the Search field and type in "1Password"
    5. Tap the download icon
    6. Check your homescreen for the newly downloaded 1Password app

Let us know how things go, and if you have any other questions we'll be here to help out. :)

Perfect; thanks so much. It is now back on my iPhone. Can you tell me how I can get it onto my iPad, and my wife's iPhone and iPad?

  • @bpkeele Glad you brought it back. :) You can follow the instructions in my previous post to download the app to your other devices, or you can simply search for it and download it. If you made the Pro in-app purchase, just make sure to use the same Apple ID on your other devices. Let me know how it goes!

I have the same problem, but my device is a iPad Air 9.0.2 13A452. I tried this procedure and dind't work

  • @rodrigofcanova When you tried those steps, did you make sure to use the Apple ID that you purchased 1Password with? If so, could you try using the Search tab of the App Store to find 1Password and download it that way? If you purchased the Pro version, you should be able to restore your purchase by following these steps:

    1. Launch 1Password and tap the Settings tab
    2. Tap Pro Features
    3. Tap the Restore Purchases button
    4. Enter your iTunes password

Let us know how that goes!

Help! I lost 1password from my main menu. I went to upgrades, it's in the list but there is no upgrade button on the right to click on. I went to purchases, selected it but when it comes up there is no cloud to click on to reload it.

  • @moneybags Sorry about that! When you say "main menu", are you referring to your iOS device's homescreen? If there's no cloud icon beside it, what is available? Does it say "Get" or "Open"?

Yes, my home screen no longer shows 1password. By the way, I'm on an iPad2. If I go to the Apple Store and go to updates 1password is in the list but the place where the update button usually is blank, no button. I can click on the 1password but it only brings up the your list of fixes, improvements. I went to the purchased list and if I click on your icon it brings up the window you normally get to open but there is no cloud to click on. There is the update button but it is not highlighted and doesn't work. The review button, the details button and the related buttons work but not the update button. I did a search for your program as if I were going to purchase and it comes up with an update button but not highlighted, the same. I'm kind of in a panic, I'm 71 years old an your program was a life savor for me.
My son insisted I have different passwords for everything for security reasons. Now, I'm lost! Please help. Thanks.

  • @moneybags That's quite strange. Could you try restarting your device? I know it's a basic fix, but it may work. :) If you still don't see and are unable to download 1Password, let us know.

I've already tried the restart, twice. Nothing changed. Appreciate your help.

  • @moneybags Could you check your iOS folders to see if 1Password is in one of those? You can also swipe down on the homescreen to perform a Spotlight search for the app. If you're unable to find it that way, do you know if the device has parental controls enabled? You'll need to enable apps that are 17+ in your iOS Restrictions settings in order to use 1Password.

Let me know how it goes!

Wow! Did you fix it for me or did the Cloud Geni do it. I swear I turned my IPad on and there it was! In all the dealings I have had with customer service you're the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  • @moneybags I'm so glad to hear things are up and running now. :) Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions!
