New phone and data didn't transfer over

Hi. I got the new Iphone 6S. I backed up my old one. Transferred everything to my new iPhone. And all my stuff in 1Password is not there. I read several posts on this but I still have no idea how to fix it. I'm not that great all this technology. I only have 1Password on my phone. Not on my laptop (MacBook Pro OSX 10.7.5). Can anyone help? Is it possible to talk to someone from support on the phone? Please help. Thanks ben

    Try restoring your phone again. Some users have found that their data restore on a second attempt.

    I'd suggest giving hawkmoth's advice a try. For the future, we recommend backing up your 1Password data independently of any device backup you may have setup. Instructions can be found here:

    Backing up this way will make restoring your 1Password data much more reliable.
