I use a 2nd generation iPad with iOS 9 and having trouble enabling extensions

Able to find 1PW on Share sheet and turn on but when I close Share sheet and then go back to it again it is off. Even if I scroll up or down the list under More after turning on it turns off.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in to us with this issue. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty getting the 1Password Safari extension enabled. Could you please try restarting your device and see if this issue persists?
