I restored my new iPhone 6s from a backup of iPhone 6. Where is my data??
I did not use any sync. I just backed up my iPhone via iTunes backup. Where is my data???
I cannot see the version of 1password. there is no version info in Settings. There is no other options only to create a new vault. There is nowhere I can check the version of the app. This is the latest version of the app from the app store.

Some users have retrieved their data by restoring the new device a second time. Apparently the restore process isn't completely reliable. Your data should have been restored to begin with. See if that works for you.

Hi @andrey5,
I'd recommend giving hawkmoth's advice a try. For the future, we highly recommend backing up 1Password separately from whatever other device backup you may have setup. This will provide much more reliable and consistent results:

I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Thank you for your suggestions. I noticed that the data is missing after a couple of days. So If I restore from that backup I will loose the new data I have on my iPhone 6s in other apps, right? If I decide to give your suggestion a try I will loose time and some new data. It's just not like it should be. It is also great to have an alternative backup method, but honestly, there are so many apps to have every single one backed up manually.

An alternative to backing up manually is to sync your data:
https://support.1password.com/guides/ios/syncing.htmlThis does not have quite the same effect as backing up, as for example if you delete a record accidentally that change would also be synced, but at least it would allow you to have your data in more than one spot. Especially useful in the case of a lost, stolen, broken device, or a case like this one.
As for your question regarding the iOS backups... Frankly I don't use them as for me they have proven unreliable at restoring app data, so unfortunately I can't offer any first hand experience there. But you can read more about how they work on Apple's support site:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184From my reading it does sound to me that it would work the way you've described, yes.
Thanks.
