i downloaded a paid version for IOS. Do I need do buy another one to install 1password on a PC?

I downloaded a paid IOS VERSION for iphone. Now i tried to accessit on my Windows Notebook, and I get a message that I need to register it.
I have no registration email, since I downloaded it on app store.
How can I install a registered version on my windows devices?
do I need to buy another version?

    Yes, our iOS and Windows products are indeed sold separately. Unfortunately we have no way of bundling them.
