I have one itunes account and my wife the another. I currently use 1password on my ipad and iphone synching with icloud. I want to bring my wife in the loop. She has iphone and ipad too but on different itunes account. What is best way to keep all all four devices synced?

Hi @phd,
Unfortunately iCloud does not offer the ability to sync data between different iCloud / iTunes / Apple ID accounts. This is a philosophical difference between iCloud and Dropbox. For this sort of setup you'd need to use Dropbox.
Do you currently have a Dropbox account? Or multiple Dropbox accounts (one for each of you)? The instructions are a little complicated, unfortunately, and vary a bit depending on if you are sharing a Dropbox account or if you each have your own.
Please let me know, and I'd be happy to help you through it. We do have plans to make this process easier in the future.
Thanks.

Thanks Ben. We do each have a seperate drop box account we can use. I suppose we could make it one account if that would work better. I also plan to buy a Mac at some point to be able to use multiple vaults. So with that in mind I will take your best recomendedation on the best way to proceed.

Thanks, @phd. Normally we do not recommend syncing two primary vaults, but since you currently only have iOS that is our only choice at the moment. Apologies in advance as the steps are a little long and complicated, but if you have difficulty with any of them please let me know.
Before we get started I'd highly recommend backing up any existing data:
https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/To sync two primary vaults via different Dropbox accounts:
1) Install the Dropbox app on each device and login to your respective accounts
2) Install 1Password on each device and sync your vault to Dropbox (each user should have their own vault -- if your wife is installing 1Password for the first time she should select the new user option): https://support.1password.com/guides/ios/sync-with-dropbox.html
3) Once Dropbox sync has completed, turn Dropbox sync off on both devices
4) Open the Dropbox website and login with your Dropbox credentials
5) You should see a folder called '1Password' in the Dropbox interface for each Dropbox account. Rename this to FirstName_1Password. There is also a file within that folder (it may also appear as a folder) called 1Password.agilekeychain. Rename this file to FirstName.agilekeychain [replace FirstName with the first name of the person whose Dropbox account you are logged into -- you'll do this for both Dropbox accounts]
6) Turn Dropbox syncing back on within 1Password on each device and select the respective FirstName.agilekeychain to sync with
7) Return to the Dropbox website and from each Dropbox account share the FirstName_1Password folder with the other person's Dropbox account (instructions from Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/help/19 )
8) From each person's devices use the1Password > Settings > Vaults > Sync Additional Vault > Sync with Dropbox
option to add the other person's vault. This time you will select the FirstName.agilekeychain file where FirstName is the name of the person who does not normally use the device.Once completed you should have access both to your vault and your spouse's vault on all devices.
I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
Ben
