Can't access ipassword on new phone

Updated from 5s to 6s
ipassword is advising sync with cloud, Dropbox or wifi. Don't have cloud or Dropbox -- wifi
instructions confusing. Backed up old phone
onto of iTunes. Ipassword is the only app that
does not show on October iTunes but does show up on phone?? Please help I'm lost without my passwords which are all in my ipassword
app!!

    If you have trouble following them please let us know which step you get to, what you do, what happens, and what you expected to happen instead.

    Also: If you have an Apple ID (you do), you have iCloud. And a Dropbox account is free and easy to create. So either of those options are possibilities for syncing. WiFi is not. WiFi is for syncing one Mac or Windows PC with one or more iOS devices. It does not allow multiple iOS devices to sync with each other.
