I am still getting data not found message on my iphone, but all of my versions are up to date
I am still getting the 'Existing data not found" message on my iPhone and iPad when I try to sync with existing data. All of my versions are up to date as far as I can tell. I do not but have never had 1Password installed on my mac, and as far as I know I have backed up using iCloud in the past. The setting are set to update via icloud on my phone and iPad as well.

Hi, I'm inable to create a diagnostic report because I'm unable to get past the screen asking me to 'sync my account' or create a new account. I am not able to go to settings. I do not want to create a new account because I've already had one.
