1Password iOS 6.0.1 forgets Touch ID
Recently, maybe after the iOS 9.0.1 update (now on 9.0.2). 1Password 6.0.1 forgets the Touch ID feature. In preferences, I'm only offered the PIN switch. I had it working briefly a couple of days ago, but even then it asked the vault password without offering Touch ID more often than not. At the same time, 1Password takes very long to launch, about 9 seconds on my iPhone 6, and sometimes crashes before opening.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling in the iPhone, and that hasn't helped.
Touch ID is active and activated for the iPhone lock screen.
No similar troubles in the past ever, i.e. probably before iOS 9

Hi folks,
Just to be clear: you've both already tried reinstalling 1Password 6 for iOS on your devices?
Please let me know.

Yes, more than once. Deleted and re-downloaded. The weird thing is that after reinstall it still has a database that it needs to merge with the Dropbox database. I've timed startup up to 15 sec. Yesterday it let me enable Touch ID and after I exited it stalled again and the Touch ID option was gone.

Thanks @klaus.

That is incredibly weird. Deleting the app should delete all data contained within it as well. Your device is not jailbroken, correct?
I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben
