    Hi ! It is imposssible to download the program. I am a pro, but, after updating I try to download and it doesnt complete, or appears a message waiting* or prompts me to try again

    Hi @rodrigofcanova

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Unfortunately we do not actually control the installation process (that is done by the App Store / iOS). Most of the time the "waiting" issue can be resolved by restarting the device.

    Please let us know if restarting helps.

    After using 1Password, it fails to load the next time since upgrading to 9.0.2. This happend on both my iPads and iPhone 6+--just get a blank gray screen, and have to reboot for it to work again. Very unhappy that AgileBits doesn't provide an email address or phone number to report such glitches. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Hi @Tripp84,
