Refund for two instances of pro features bought in error

Hi there,
I am my family's administrator for our iCloud family plan and we have two instances (for two different iCloud accounts that is) where the pro features were bought in error. I would like to have those purchases refunded and would like to know how to go about doing this.

I love both the mobile and desktop versions of this software but we have no need for the pro features.

  • Hey @telayden! Sorry you bought 1Password Pro by mistake. We don’t receive any information about App Store purchases, so only Apple can issue you a refund. You can request a refund for any app on the App Store by following this process:

    1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
    2. Sign In with your Apple ID.
    3. Select the Apps tab and locate 1Password
    4. Click the Report a Problem button
    5. Choose “Problem is not listed here” and be sure to mention that you are asking for a refund because it doesn’t work as expected.
