When do I receive "An automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number."?
I was requested to send Diagnostics reports (MAC and iOS) with specific sending instructions in order for you guys to "Connect the dots"
Can you advise so that I can send these Diagnostic Reports?

You'll get that automated reply right after you send the email containing your Diagnotics Report. You should then got to the original thread and post the ticket number there.

Go to the URL field in your web browser while you are in that thread. Highlight the URL and copy it. Paste that into your email.
Edit: I see that you have posted the support ticket number in your thread in the Mac section of the forum. At this point, I expect you're covered. I wouldn't worry now about the URL.
