I have the latest 1 Password on my Mac and I 'think' I have it on my iPad! It is syncing with the Mac but I cannot see any of my login passwords. On my iPad, I have clicked on all of the items listed starting from Message Centre, General etc. but still cannot see anything about logins. When I click on the Sync it tells me when I last synced it and the number of items i have (124) but thats it?! I really needed to access this these last two weeks as I was in England at the time so could not access ANY of my logins. I used to be able to get them but for some reason for these past few weeks nothing! Please advise further! Thank you.

@notlob: Did you just install the app? If so, even if you have a 1Password somewhere else, it will be empty on that device until you sync you data over. But as Stephen_C mentioned, it's impossible to do more than speculate without some basic information. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

Hi Stephen and other AgileBits Team Member.

    On my Mac, I have 1Password 5 Version 5.3.2 (532001)
    Agile Web Store

On my iPad, I have version 6.0.1 which looks like I downloaded from the App Store!

According to the Preferences/Primary part of Mac, I am syncing with Dropbox. This is automatically. Should I be using iCloud?

Following your email Stephan (thanks) the pro features are enabled. (I can see the "thank you" message under Pro).

It is automatically syncing but I am STILL not receiving the info on my iPad.

You are correctly using Dropbox to sync because the the AgileBits store version of 1P5 (which you have) doesn't support iCloud sync (following restrictions introduced by Apple on the launch of OS X Yosemite). See if anything in this knowledge base article helps:

    Dropbox sync is not working

@notlob: Incidentally, Stephen_C is not an AgileBits team member. He is 'merely' awesome — one of our helpful community moderators. I just wanted to clear that up so that you direct any complaints not at him, but at me.

Now, regarding your questions: since you're using the AgileBits Store version of 1Password, you'll need to use Dropbox Sync and not iCloud. Dropbox Sync will also be necessary if you want to sync with Windows or Android.

So make sure that you have Dropbox Sync setup for both 1Password for Mac and 1Password for iOS.

If you follow the steps in the Dropbox troubleshooting guide that Stephen_C linked, it will walk you through checking your Dropbox setup, which will either resolve the issue, or narrow down the cause. Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)
