@Jgoar: Please try manually saving your login again:
How to manually save a Login
Often when a login page changes, it is helpful to resave it with 1Password so it has updated information it can use to fill it. I was able to save a test login and fill it using 1Password.
If you're still having trouble, be sure to tell us the OS, 1Password, and browser versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action.
The more information you can give, the better. Thanks in advance! :)

Exactly the same for me (and I've tried a hundred times with manual logins). The login fields become red after I apply 1Password, but are still blank.

@adihaya: Well that's just nuts! Since it's working here, there must be some other difference between your setup and mine. Can you tell me the OS, 1Password, browser, and extension versions you're using? I'll be happy to test this to see if we can find a solution for you. Thanks! :)

I have the same problem. Neither the automatically saved information nor the entry I manually added using the link you posted above work. OSX 10.10.5, Firefox 41.0.1, 1Password 5.3.2. The problem also exists with mobile Safari on iOS 9.0.2 and 1Password 6.0.2 when I use the extension from the browser. Nor does it work with the 1Password in-app browser.

@gloda: Thanks for providing those details!
Weirdly, I'm getting a different page than I was previously. Before I was seeing an inline login form at the top, and now it's giving me a popover login window that covers the whole page. So I've got good news and bad news...
1Password, unfortunately, is not able to open popups, popovers, or even pop_tarts_. It's only able to interact with the page that's currently being displayed, so it's up to you to click to open the login form, or 1Password can't even see it (it's a script being called by a script...which is in turn being called by another script, and so on). That's the bad news.
The good news is that I was able to easily save the login again manually at the login form and use 1Password to fill it upon returning to the login form later. Just follow these steps:
- Navigate to the website and open the login form
- Enter your login credentials
- Click the 'keyhole' icon to bring up the extension
- Click the 'gear' icon for Settings
- Click Save New Login
- Give it a name and Save
You can then use 1Password to fill the login (
⌘ \
is your friend) the next time you open the login form. The only difference between my setup and yours is that you're using an old version of 1Password and OS X, so be sure to update both when you get a chance. I hope this helps. Please let me know how it turns out! :)0 -
That works, thank you. I have two accounts on Edmodo. I had to update both manually and I then chose to delete the redundant 1Password entries I had created during signup.

Hello @gloda,
We're happy to hear it worked out for you. If you have any other filling issues with other sites you know where to ask
