    Hello,

    My name is Diego, and i'm from Brasil.

    Today i installed the 1Password on my iPad, and is strange because the pro version can not be restored, i've already bought the pro version, and is working perfectly on my Mac and on my iPhone 6.

    I have the receipt that proves that i already purcharsed it.

    I'm using the same apple id on all my devices.

    Wating for the solution.

    Hi @diegofuente,

    Sorry for the trouble you're encountering with restoring Pro Features. I've split your comment from the other discussion into a new thread because it's not quite the same issue that the other person was describing.

    Some users who report this issue have found that after they turn the device off and then on again, Pro Features are restored. Will you let me know if this works for you as well? Thank you!

    Sorry to hear it still isn't working. Could you please send us a copy of the receipt along with a diagnostics report?

    Here are the instructions to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report and receipt to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
