I had not been in this app from several weeks. Recently I needed to retrieve some of my passwords and the screen that popped up was not the one that showed up when indirect got the app. I have tried but can't get to my secret passwords. Has something changed recently and is there directions on how to get to my passwords? Tks

    It may be best to ask support these questions via email. Just a speculation that this may require a little more in depth troubleshooting, such as a diagnostic report etc.

    At any rate this will get you into a private discussion with the staff, more of a one on one type of situation.

    Please send in an email to support+forums@agilebits.com including a link to this topic and any other information you may have remembered, since posting it. I know I often think of things just after that submit button.

    You will receive an automated reply to the email from the autoresponder bitbot. Inside you will find a ticket ID. Please post that ticket ID number here in a follow up post. That will help ensure the staff can collect the 2 occurrences and allow them help you quicker.
