Sync doesn't not work on my new phone

I recently upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 6s; and transferred my data from my old phone to it (through itune's backup system).
I launched 1Password, it complain (in a very painful way -- I'll describe it later once my main issue are solved) that I needed to authenticate with Dropbox. So I managed to setup my dropbox password....
But then when I tried to sync, the app find my vault but tell me that there's "0 password" in my dropbox backup after bring a popup whose title is: "Vault Discrepancy"
The report of the difference is:
Your Vault: # of items ... 100+ vs DropBox: 1 ????
0.0% similar?????
If I open up my PC app or the app on my old phone (on which it's still installed), everything seems fine.

@kadjar - If all your 1Password data is safely on your PC and in Dropbox, let's try resetting the 1Password app on this new phone -
Run 1Password on iPhone.
Go to Settings > Advanced - scroll down and tap on Erase Data and Settings.
At this point 1Password will quit and then when you run it again, it will start 'as new'.Please let us know if this helps.

This is the thing, I am not 100% sure my phone doesn't have any new password.
