Initial sync of iOS app with dropbox doesn't work

Trying to initially set up the iOS app and I choose "sync existing vault" then "Sync with Dropbox". I select my account then select my vault - from there I get a blue title bar with "cancel" and "Dropbox" with nothing happening. What is going on? Why can't I use the app?

    Hi @ransonju,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. From your description it sounds as though you are already using 1Password on another device? Could you please let me know what platform that is (Mac, Windows, etc) and what version of 1Password is installed there?
