I can't tell if I'm using the newest version of one password on my iPad is there a way to verify It?

You should be able to launch the App Store app on your iPad and choose Updates. However, if you want to tell us what version of 1Password for iOS you are using someone can confirm for you whether or not it's the latest version.

It looks like I'm using 6.0.1 . I thought a new version that has a whole new look came out but mine looks the same and I can't find an update if available.

6.0.1 is the latest version.

v6 was the first version to use the new interface, which should look like this:
