iPad mini will show only settings

When I open one password on my iPad mini all I get is the settings page I cannot access my logins.

    @RayJG - 1Password will open up to the last screen you used. To see your logins tap on Categories at bottom of screen. Please let us know if this helps.

    The screen I see when I open the program is the settings screen but there is no categories at the bottom of such screen. The settings screen that I see has "message center" at the top of the list and at the bottom of the list of options is "advanced".
