I have tried multiple times to migrate my data from 3.7.2 to version 6.0.1 (601004)
I have 1Password Pro (version 3.7.2) that I am trying to upgrade to 1Password 6 (version 6.0.1). I cannot get the data to migrate over. I have tried the instruction on this page: https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/#1password-3-7-1-or-earlier
I would really like to avoid hand jamming all of the data in as it would take hours. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Please be sure to read bwoddruff's post below mine before you react to what I've said. I had not thought of the possibility that you have an old version.
If I had this problem, I would make sure my data were backed up, either to iTunes or by syncing to iCloud or Dropbox. I would then delete the application and install it again. If you decide to use iTunes for your backup, be sure to follow these directions to specifically back up your data. Don't rely only on backing up your entire device.
Did you try restarting your device? There aren't many reports like yours. Most users aren't experiencing those kinds of crashes.

Hi @dabakeman,
Which of these icons do you have for 1Password on your iPhone?
It sounds like you may have v3, which was retired in 2012 and isn't compatible with iOS 9. You'd need 1Password 6 for iOS in order to run 1Password on iOS 9. You can find it here:
And you can find upgrade instructions for upgrading from v3 to v6 here:
https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/
I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Ben,
Thank you...I have B and have downloaded 1Password 6. I cannot get the data to migrate even using the instruction on https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/#1password-3-7-1-or-earlier

@dabakeman sorry, I tried to merge the separate thread you started on the same subject with this existing one—to make it easier for you to find the answer to your problem—but the board decided to delete your old thread instead of merging it. I restored it, repeated the process and it again deleted the other thread. I've given up on that, but didn't want you to think I was wantonly deleting your posts.
I've managed to change the thread header for you to your most recent one so I hope it will be easier for you to obtain help.

Hey @dabakeman! Sorry you're having trouble migrating your data using our upgrade guide. What happens when you try to migrate the data? bwoodruff's post should have covered the issues you may run into, but if there's an additional one, we'll need to know a bit more about what's going on to help you out. Do you have some additional details you can provide?
