1password doesn't always bring up the screen to enter master password or it crashes.

I'm using an iPad mini2 and 1password doesn't reliably allow the entering of the master password. Many time the program either crashes or just hangs. Does not ask for master pw. I don't have this issue on the iphone6s.

I noticed that this problem was reported in mid Sept. And the discussion was closed without resolving the issue. Any update.

    Sorry for the trouble. We are indeed investigating an issue, similar to what you've described, related to Touch ID. It seems with Touch ID turned off the issue does not occur. We hope to have that fixed up soon. If that is not the issue you're experiencing, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
