my iPhone is running 3.6.5 - trying to upgrade to 4...backup link on phone won't open on computer
I am trying to enable dropbox sync from my iPhone which is running IOS 9.0.2 and iPassword 3.6.5. Dropbox from the phone will not accept my dropbox login and password. So I thought I should upgrade to 1Password 4 and try it then.But when I try to upgrade, the computer can;t open the link to the backup file that the phone provides. Help!

Thanks for taking the time to contact us with this difficulty.
1Password 3 for iOS was retired in late 2012, and unfortunately can no longer be updated. It uses the original Dropbox API, which they have since retired. As such it won't be able to sync with Dropbox.
Could you please try backing up over an Ad Hoc network? Instructions for setting up the network can be found here:
