Have Touch ID enabled on iPhone 5s, use multiple times a day. Have 1Password Ver. 4.4.4 On iMac. 1Password Ver 6.0.1 (?) on iPhone. Have iOS 9.2 on iPhone. Have enabled touch ID in 1Password on iPhone. Touch ID icon does not appear when trying to open 1Password on iPhone. Requires master password. Sync type iCloud. OSX 10.10.5.

  • Hi @tom_austin,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. 1Password will still require your Master Password the first time it is launched after a device restart. Once you have unlocked it once you should then after be prompted for your Touch ID. Is that not what you're experiencing?

    Thanks.

    Ben

No, every time I sigh in to 1Password on my iPhone it requires a master password. The Touch ID icon does not show up. On my iPad I am able to use a pin number.
    Thanks
    Tom

  • Thanks, Tom. Could you please try turning Touch ID within 1Password OFF and then back ON? 1Password > Settings > Security

Please let me know if that makes any difference.

    Ben
