Have the same problem installing Pro on my new iPhone 6S and tracked down the purchase - which qualified as grandfathered, however, I Tunes says that they can't regrant the purchase because it it is past the point in time that they are allowed to under copyright law... so it would seem to be back to Agile bits to honor their commitment. Is there an e-mail where I can send screenshots of the purchase order to request a new issue or fix?

    Hi @henterflea,

however, I Tunes says that they can't regrant the purchase because it it is past the point in time that they are allowed to under copyright law...

Can you please send us a copy of this conversation as well as your proof of purchase we can certainly look into why you might be having this difficulty.

Edit: sorry, I forgot to mention... Please send it to support+forum@agilebits.com. When you do so you should get an automated reply with a support ID. Please post that ID here.

    Thanks.

@henterflea: Thanks! I see that we've received your email, so we can continue the conversation there.

To be clear, AgileBits cannot restore your purchase, as this is handled by the App Store, but we'll see if we can help you figure out what happened in your case.

We'll get back to you shortly! :)

Fixed! .. Your e-mail suggestion to delete the app off of my phone & load it directly from the app store did the trick, - thanks for the quick response!

  • Awesome. Glad to hear that helped. If there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Indeed. Thanks for confirming! :)

It seems that something was wrong with the copy saved in iTunes, so syncing that back again wasn't any help. But I'm glad that installing a fresh copy of 1Password from the App Store on the device itself using the correct Apple ID did the trick.
