I'm having difficulty syncing my Primary Vault as between my iMac and my iPhone 6s Plus

I'm running the latest version of 1Password on both my iMac and my iPhone, and have been through the various trouble shooting steps on the support part of your website. Even after that, I am still not able to get the Primary Vault on these 2 devices properly in sync. The sync process appears to work but I'm finding that the numerous changes (including but not limited to deletions of redundant logins) that I've made in the Primary Vault on my iMac are simply not being picked up on my iPhone, despite numerous attempts to re-sync both devices.

I'm running 1Password version 5.3 on my iMac (bought from the Mac App store) and 1Password version 6.0.1 (bought from the iOS App store). The operating systems on my iMac is El Capitan (completely up-to-date) and on my iPhone is 9.0.2. I have only one Apple ID and that is being used on both the iMac and the iPhone.

  • Hey @oliverfrankel! Sorry you're having trouble with iCloud sync between your Mac and iPhone. Did the knowledge base article Stephen_C mentioned help? We'll need a bit more information to troubleshoot things. Could you describe what's happening when you try to sync between the devices? For example, does it say sync is enabled, but nothing shows up on the other devices? Or is there an error when you enable sync? Let us know so we can figure out what's going on. :)
