1password app opens, but the screen doesn't respond, so I can't find out which version I'm running?
I can open the app, there are buttons on top and bottom of the screen but the screen is blank white and the buttons don't respond. The screen appears frozen like that. So I can't access any of my passwords. I don't know which version I have unfortunately. I'm running OS7.1.2 on a iphone4. It doesn't say on my sync settings that I've synced 1password through the iCloud.

@arthurmartin2000 as your problem appears to relate to 1P for iOS I have moved your post from the 1Password for Mac forum to the 1P for iOS forum where you will get more help.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try restarting your iPhone and see if that helps?

Hi Ben,
Thanks for advice, I had the same thought but I've done so three times with the same result. Any other ideas?
Arthur.

I haven't been able to open any of my bank accounts or do any of my business for over three days because I've been waiting around for some advice from this forum. It says on your web-site that you reply to posts in a few hours. This is not my experience. I'm becoming increasingly impatient. Your one-stop shop for passwords app is fatally flawed if you loose all my data.
Could you please give some advice beyond "Have you tried turning it off and on again". Perhaps you can give me a phone number to call.

I'm very sorry for the delay. We've had a huge increase in traffic on these forums the last few days. Please keep an eye out for an email follow up shortly.
Thanks.
Ben
